Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vast Maple. We operate this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated jewellery experience.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

We strive to present our jewellery as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and lighting
  • Natural gemstones may vary in tone, inclusions, and characteristics
  • Handcrafted items may have slight variations

These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submission.
We may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is accepted.

SECTION 4 — BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All bespoke, made-to-order, and personalized jewellery pieces are created specifically for each client.

By placing such an order, you agree that:

  • All bespoke orders are final and non-refundable
  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once production has begun
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate production
  • Remaining balance must be completed prior to delivery

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production.

Once approved:

  • Changes are not guaranteed
  • Additional costs and time may apply

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery, slight variations are expected and are not considered defects.

SECTION 5 — PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • taxes
  • shipping
  • duties or import fees

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • couriers
  • customs
  • external factors

Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

For clarity:

  • Bespoke / custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Other items must meet return conditions outlined in our policy

All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Vast Maple and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with Vast Maple.
Shopify is not responsible for any transactions, products, or disputes between you and us.

SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vast Maple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.
