Purchase Options

Certain products or services offered by Vast Maple may include:

  • Subscription (e.g. Founder Club)
  • Limited releases
  • Bespoke / made-to-order jewellery

This policy outlines the terms governing these purchase types

Subscriptions (Founder Club)

By subscribing to our Founder Club, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan.

  • Subscription billing is automatic and recurring
  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged according to your
  •  selected billing cycle

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or through the link provided in your confirmation email.

However:

  • Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only
  • Any order already processed, prepared, or shipped will still be fulfilled
  • All payments made are non-refundable

Nature of Subscription Pieces

Pieces provided through the subscription may include:

  • exclusive designs
  • limited releases
  • curated selections

As part of a curated experience, subscription items are:

non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective

 

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Each bespoke piece is created specifically for the client.

Payment Structure

Design Fee (if applicable)

  • Non-refundable
  • Covers consultation, design development, and sourcing

Deposit (50–70%)

Required upon design confirmation to begin production.

This deposit will be used to secure:

  • gemstones
  • precious metals
  • custom materials

The deposit is strictly non-refundable

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be completed prior to delivery or collection.

Cancellation Policy

Before Material Sourcing or Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled at this stage.

  • Any design fee is non-refundable
  • Any costs already incurred (e.g. stone sourcing or reservations) will be deducted

After Material Sourcing or Production Begins

Once we have:

  • secured gemstones
  • purchased metals or materials
  • or commenced production

The order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged

This is because materials and labour have already been committed specifically to your piece.

Material Commitment

Bespoke jewellery requires early sourcing of materials.

These materials are often:

  • non-returnable
  • specifically selected for your design

By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept this commitment.
