Vast Maple was founded by Po and Chi Meng  — brought together not just by a shared passion for jewellery, but by a quiet desire to create something meaningful of our own.

Our journey began during our time studying jewellery at Glasgow Kelvin College, where we discovered not only the craft itself, but also the feeling of shaping something with our own hands — something personal, something lasting. What started as a shared interest slowly grew into a vision: to build a brand that reflects who we are and what we believe in.

Though we walk the same path, we are drawn to different expressions of jewellery. Chi Meng finds beauty in precision — in stone setting and 3D modelling — where structure and detail come together. Po is inspired by organic forms, drawn to wax carving and the natural flow of shapes, where each piece feels intuitive and alive.

We are both deeply fascinated by diamonds and coloured gemstones — not just for their beauty, but for the stories, emotions, and meaning they can carry. With every piece, we continue to learn, refine, and grow.

Vast Maple is still at the beginning of its journey. It is not about perfection, but about becoming — slowly, honestly, and with intention.
