At Vast Maple, each piece is created with intention and care.
We are committed to ensuring the quality and integrity of every item we deliver.

Returns (Ready-made Pieces Only)

We offer a 14-day return window for ready-made (non-custom) items.
This means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be approved before sending.

Bespoke & Custom Jewellery (Important)

All bespoke, made-to-order, and personalized pieces are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

As each piece is uniquely created based on your story and specifications,
we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

We encourage all clients to carefully review and confirm design details prior to production.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method,
as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved appropriately.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Bespoke / custom jewellery
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected,
we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
